If you applied for R&D Tax Credits last year,
your company is now eligible to sell your approved
credits after December 15, 2007.
Applications for R&D Tax Credits for tax year
2007 are due to the Department of Revenue by September
15, 2007 with awards expected by December 15, 2007.
Companies will then be able to apply to DCED for
tradability should they choose to sell their Tax
Credits.
Make
sure to get your R&D Tax Credit Form in before
the September 15th Deadline.
